Appointments
After a paternity test is purchased, we will call the buyer/testing party to arrange the location, date, and time. Appointments are set in public places for everyone’s safety. The appointment will be 15-30 minutes, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Our tests are court-admissible and require certain documentation. For each adult being tested, we will collect a copy of their ID (US driver’s license/state ID, US passport, or US military ID); only a current and valid ID is admissible. The last four digits of the social security number are required for each party (adult/child) being tested.
It must be guaranteed that no party being tested has had a blood transfusion within the last 3 months or has had a bone marrow or stem cell transplant before. Whether any party has participated in a parentage DNA test before must be documented.
The specimen collector must photograph each tested party at the appointment and submit it with each DNA testing file.

Privacy
Our business is based on strict privacy. Your specimen and a completed case file (photos, IDs, last 4 or SSN, and guarantees) must be submitted to the lab testing the sample. We at Mobile Biometrix will not share your information with any other party except law enforcement for a legally required purpose, or to comply with the courts' requirements. We never sell your information to any party for any reason. Our policies are informed by HIPAA requirements for privacy and security. Payment Policy
All appointments are only tentative and not confirmed until full payment is made.
Payment must be made in full at least 6 hours before your appointment unless you’ve been approved for a last-minute appointment. If you’ve been approved for a last-minute appointment, payment must be made in full immediately (including mileage if you are over 40 miles from our dispatch location).

Refund Policy
Cancellations must be at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If we cannot collect the specimen because of an error on our part, we will allow you to reschedule. If you do not want to reschedule, we will automatically issue a refund ASAP.
Call us! We’re human beings and we understand scheduling problems arise sometimes.

Mileage Policy
Mileage fees are added for all appointments with locations that are 40 miles or more from dispatch. If you are beyond 40 miles, we can arrange a meeting place that is within the 40 miles, so that a mileage fee is not necessary. Mileage is based on the federal mileage calculations for 2024. That is $0.67/mile, namely for every mile above 40 miles from our dispatch location.
